These Terms of Use apply to the HappyLifts iPhone app and happylifts.app.
By downloading or using HappyLifts, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your use of the app from the App Store is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
HappyLifts is a workout logger. You can create exercises and routines, log workouts, and view history and stats on your device. No HappyLifts account is required. Workout data stays on your iPhone.
HappyLifts is a logging tool. It is not medical, training, or professional advice.
Some features require HappyLifts Plus, currently including RIR set planning, longer chart ranges, and the plate calculator. Plus is sold as in-app purchases through the App Store:
The title, length, and price are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. We do not set a separate checkout on our website.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Use Restore on the paywall to restore Plus on a device signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.
Offer codes, if any, are redeemed through Apple.
If a purchase is pending approval, Plus unlocks when Apple completes it.
You are responsible for the information you enter. Because it is stored on your device, deleting the app deletes that workout data. Purchases remain with Apple and can be restored as described above.
